Our Strategic Objectives

ELECU has recently finalised its Strategic Plan 2025 – 2029 pending dissemination. The organisation’s Strategic Plan provides the roadmap for advancing basic quality education bu building on previous successes and responding to emerging national and global literacy and education needs. 

Specifically, the new national focus on a competence-based curriculum, the influx of refugees in the country with special education needs and changing donor priorities require ELECU to implement an effective strategy that enables it to continue to fulfill its mission effectively. 

All ELECU projects and programmes aim to satisfy the strategic themes provided by the strategic plan.
