Samuel is a professional and dedicated Humanitarian Livelihood Development and skills training specialist with over 7 years of hands-on experience in youth skilling, community empowerment and development, entrepreneurship skills facilitation, project coordination, livelihood support, financial literacy training, and field management across refugee settlements and host communities in Uganda.

He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation.
